What is SmartAdmin?

SmartAdmin consists of multiple tools to manage business operations in a simple, easy and efficient manner. These tools are user friendly and can be accessed from anywhere. The distinct feature is that it is customizable and is designed to address the needs of enterprise from any geographic locations, currencies, and cultures.

The user can configure SMART ADMIN based on their specific needs. The following tools are available.

Who can use Smart Admin?

Smart Admin means for all businesses starting with small businesses onward. Anyone can start using Smart Admin to generate Invoices, payroll, timesheet and track projects. All you need to do is sign-up with your business email id and start using it.

What documents can be generated under Buyer and Vendor Menus?

With Smart Admin you can generate e-invoices, Regular Invoices, Timesheet linked Invoices Purchase Orders, Estimates, and Delivery Challans. For taxation purposes you can opt for E-Invoices, Credit Notes, and Debit Notes.

How many GSTIns you can add in one account?

One account is for one business entity and can add up to 4 GSTIns. If you need more then we will enable it separately with add on charges.

How can I customize Invoices and purchase order?

You can add your Company Name, GSTIN, Address, Terms & Conditions and Logo to your invoices.

How are the subscription charges?

Subscription – It starts with INR 1,999/- per year with six logins. It means six employees can create their profile. Subscribers can opt for invoices or payroll with timesheet + limited projects under the starter promotional package.

Clients, Invoices, purchase orders, receipts – All unlimited

e-invoice – up to 100 IRN free per package, and for additional e-invoices it costs INR 100/- per 100 IRN.

Pay slip and timesheet – By default we provide six employees with both Pay slip and timesheet. For additional employees it costs INR 29/- per user per month.

Monthly Package – If you have more employees we suggest going for a Monthly Package and it costs INR 1,999/- per month with invoice, payroll, projects, timesheet and more.

Projects – 6 projects free with annual package and 25 projects per month free for monthly package. Additional project costs INR 45 per project with 45 days project tenure Tasks – Unlimited tasks

Project Analytics – Multiple options available including grouping projects under same client, assessing project risk, profitability of projects, contribution of each member and more.

Can I share the documents with clients and vendors?

Yes, and it is optional without any additional cost. You can configure access to the Smart Admin Mobile app version for your clients to view all transactions. You can send reminders to all vendors and buyers using our web app. The add-on option allows you to send SMS to your stakeholders about the transactions.

What are all Payroll Compliances available with Smart Admin?

All India based compliances are available, including EP, ESI, Form16. Will add more based on specific location-based reports.

Can I create hierarchy using Smart Admin?

Yes, with Smart Admin you can allocate Roles for each user and can set up an office hierarchy. The roles are customizable, and you can name it per your organizational culture.

Why Registration page redirects to

Registration is done through the above domain and all services are rendered by and it is safe and secure to register through the re-directed page.

How do I Install Smart Admin?

It is a cloud-based tool, and installation is almost similar to configuring a Gmail account. It has been designed with the utmost user-friendly features. Once you register with the application, we will send an email asking for required input. We will remotely configure the application – invoice, tax, salary, leave after studying your organizational needs. Once the configuration is completed you need to change the password and remove our access.

Do we have Barcode Scanner and Thermal Print options also available?

Smart Admin not configured for retail sales and mostly suitable for service and manufacturing sectors. We will add it soon.

What about Data storage and recovery?

We take security and privacy of data seriously and have highest grade security measures in place. All sensitive data including personally identifiable information are encrypted with private keys. In the event of network breach, the chances of leaving sensitive information are remote since most of the personally identifiable data are encrypted. The database is stored at the sever locations of third parties with its server in India location for India clients with its highly secure data centers with state-of-the art electronic surveillance and multi-factor access control systems. We do periodical data back up to protect data to ensure that you will never lose your data, even in the event of a natural disaster.
